Shipping and Returns

Returns & Refunds policy:

Refund is only honored in case of manufacturing defects on authenticated / verified device for a full credit.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos.
In any case (unless the error at CLVR bar’s end) all returned items will incur in a 10% restocking fee (unopened conditions) and customer will be responsible for any shipping charges.
Unauthorized or used products will not be credited or replaced in any condition.
Returned product: If determined faulty at manufacturer’s end, consumer will be issued an e-credit for the cost plus the tax collected (shipping charges are non-refundable in any case.

Damages or Shortages:

All order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, all orders are picked, checked and processed thoroughly before shipping, if your package appears to be opened, re-taped, damaged or tempered please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Any damaged, shortened or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Shortened or damaged product will be credited or re-shipped at our expenses. In case of discrepancies from our end CLVR bar will fulfill for the cost of shipping.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost in transit and the carrier is unable to deliver it after 30 days of dispatch, CLVR bar may re-ship your package.
If a lost package is determined by the incorrect shipping address provided by the consumer, your package will not be eligible for reshipping or any sort of reimbursement.
All Packages are shipped with adult signature required. If your tracking info suggests delivered and you haven’t received it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Re-shipping of your package is at CLVR bar’s sole discretion

Shipping duration

It takes 5 -7 business days for first class shipping method to deliver from the date of dispatch
It takes 3-5 business days for priority shipping method to deliver from the date of dispatch

Unclaimed Returns:

Unclaimed or all packages returned to our facilities will be subjected to restocking fees of $10, shipping charges are non-refundable in such case.
